摘要：
In order to meet the individual requirements of customers well, the evaluation method of product development scheme and the importance analysis of product technology characteristics are proposed based on house of quality. First, the structure of house of quality for customized product and its planning process are discussed. The calculation model of the weight of customer's needs and its calculation process are put forward by combining market research with analytic hierarchy process from the respective of customer's needs and technology characteristics. And then the calculation models of quality requirement importance and technology characteristics importance are presented. Based on these, the index of market competitiveness and technology competitiveness is established. Finally, the methods and process mentioned in this work are verified by using disposable lighters as example. The results can be used as evidences to support the decision-making during new product development.
