摘要：

Lumbar spondylolysis is a common cause of low back pain in adolescent athletes. The early diagnosis and treatment of this condition will result in decreased morbidity and an earlier turn to full activity for most patients. We report a case of lumbar spondylolysis in an adolescent athlete and review current diagnosis and management of this condition.
