摘要
Social creativity refers to the creativity of individuals to deal with and solve social problems in novel, unique, appropriate and effective ways. Social creativity can be classified into two types: stable trait creativity and unstable state creativity. Using questionnaire method and quasi-experimental design, the present study examined the strategic variability of college students, either with high trait social creativity (HT) or low trait social creativity (LT), in the virtual simulated situations across four consecutive days. The result showed that: (1) both the HT participants and the LT participants preferred low original and high appropriate strategies. (2) compared to the LT participants, the advantage of the HT participants was mainly reflected in strategy appropriateness and there were no obvious improvements on strategy appropriateness across time.
