摘要
The collision of incident and deposited particle is an important factor affecting the pollution of insulator surface. In this paper, an integrated fouling model is developed, which considers the incident particle deposition and deposited particle removal. By analyzing the formation mechanism of pollution layer, the criteria of incident particle deposition and deposited particle removal are proposed, which are based on energy conversion and force balance respectively. Then the COMSOL simulations are implemented to obtain the collision velocity and angle of incident particles, and the pollution mass density of insulator surface is calculated by combining the developed model. The artificial fouling test is carried out to verify the rationality of the model, which takes a three-unit lxy160 insulators as the object. The results show that the relative errors of the model and test results range from 20.1% to 23.3% under the conditions of this paper, which can better reflect the actual pollution degree on insulator surface.
