摘要
The present paper deals with certain aspects related to the organizational culture extant in the multinational companies present on the market in Romania. The paper deals with three aspects related to this topic: a brief presentation of the multinational companies present on the market in Romania, characterizing the organizational culture and the organizational climate in the multinational companies and emphasizing some differences between the multinational and autochthonous companies. The multinational organization performance - as a result, is put in connection with a certain kind of leadership and having in view a certain culture and organizational climate.
