摘要
The features of the total energy distribution of electrons emitted from highly oriented pyrolytic graphite, multi-wall CNT and graphene-like structure were studied experimentally by the retard potential method. It was established that in all cases there is a noticeable shift of the maximum of the energy spectrum relative to the Fermi level. The appearance of the second maximum, which is shifted from the main peak by 2 - 2.5 eV, was also found out. The half-width of the distribution is broadened in both cases when electric field increases
