摘要
In this paper, we compare the different versions of multiresolution time-domain (MRTD) approaches based on the cubic-spline Battle-Lemarie scaling and high-level multiresolution wavelet functions, Haar scaling functions, and Cohen-Daubechies-Feauveau (CDF) scaling functions. First, by analyzing, a TEM wave propagating along a specified direction. we compare the results derived from the different MRTD approaches and investigate accuracy (of these approaches. Second, we present an improved, efficient, and simplified MRTD version (aid study the errors introduced by these simplifications. Finally, based on the MRTD scheme presented in this paper. we simulate a microstrip bandpass filter with comparison to the published results. (c) 2005 Wiley Periodicals, Inc.
