摘要
This paper presents the design and simulation of a single-line-to-ground fault detection and location system using Phasor Measurement Units (PMUs). The design is simulated and implemented on MATLAB/SIMULINK. The PMU (PLL-Based, Positive-Sequence) block used in this project is inspired by the IEEE Standard C37.118.1-2011 provided by MATLAB/SIMULINK. PMU data measurements are successfully used to detect and locate faults in a standard IEEE 9 bus system.
