The President of the Republic of Uzbekistan's governmental plans on agricultural reform place emphasis on an integrated approach to developing this industry, accelerating and deepening the success of associated industries, and attaining the most effective end outcomes. The resolution of these difficulties is inextricably linked to the improvement of rural working and living circumstances. The rise of agricultural production to a new level in our country necessitates ongoing attention to rural employees, including improvements to their working conditions, rest, life, and health. It should be emphasized that unprecedented reforms are being implemented in the Republic of Uzbekistan's agriculture to enhance the working and living conditions of agricultural employees. A current study of scientific advancements, automation, mechanization, and occupational health in agricultural production over the last decades is critical at this stage.
