The way to open education through the modern technology

According to the European commission the participation of non-formal and informal education will be increasing. The school should be a center of a community, where a synergy between formal, non-formal and informal education occurs. That means expiring of traditional formal education system and opening it and this process will be successful as far as modern technology will be used. The article speaks about key aspects of these transformation of school role, which will deal with learning society in information age.
