An Investigation on the Learning Motivation and Self-efficacy of Vocational Students Based on Working Process and Curriculum Implementation

摘要
478 students of Chongqing Vocational Institute of Electronic Engineering, National model institutions, were tested to explore the influence of curriculum Implementation and work process upon the vocational students' learning motivation. Methods: carried out comparison tests of the students received the process and students not received the process using motivation scale. Results: (1) The experimental treatment has effect on learning internal motivation of the students obviously. (2) The two factors (gender, urban and rural sources) have no effect to the learning motivation. (3) Self-esteem has a significant positive correlation to the internal and external motivation. Conclusion: curriculum implementation based on working process can have good results in improving the learning motivation of students, is a effective way to improve students' learning outcomes
