摘要
Class 11 major histocompatibility complex (MHC) beta genes were isolated from 12 species of rockfish (genus Sebastes). Multiple sequences were found in each of the species. The majority of sequences displayed the characteristics of functional MHC genes, with a small group of sequences that were possibly pseudogenes. (c) 2005 The Fisheries Society of the British isles.
