摘要：

We report a case of post-transplantation lymphoproliferative disorder presenting as a symptomatic lymphocele 12 years after cadaveric renal transplantation for IgA nephropathy. The presentation, imaging, and management are discussed. We review current literature concerning PTLD, post-transplantation lymphoceles, and state-of-the-art imaging techniques.
