摘要：

The paper presents basic requirements and conditions related to obstacle illumination in aviation. There are indicated legal regulations that standardized ways of marking the air obstacles. Besides there are indicated differences between Polish and international legal regulations. There are presented basic requirements of signing of selected air obstacles such as high buildings, towers, chimneys, wind power stations. There are also discussed basic requirements of obstruction lights. The paper presents exemplary solutions in practice.
