摘要：

This paper describes an intelligent system that can monitor dozens of lead-acid batteries' state as voltage and temperature on-line at the same time on power system. It can make records the data, display, print or communicate with computers according to users. Once detecting something abnormal, it alarms at the very moment. As an indispensable part, this system effectively prevents accidents and cut down the cost.
