Research on Interactive Teaching Model in Universities

Teaching in University is a unification process in teaching for teachers and learning for students. It's a process of interaction and communication. Interactive teaching and learning process are the essence. In order to srenthen educational reform and inprove teaching quality,this article shows the necessity and importance of interaction in university teaching by quoting the principle from disciplines such as marketing, management science, economics and accounting. It proposes five steps in the interactive teaching and learning process by using the principles of pedagogy, psychology and communication. It also proposes five strategies in interactive teaching and learning.
