摘要
This research discusses human rights education in law graduation in Brazil, from the analysis of the Resolution CNE/CES n. 5, of 2018. Thus, considering the importance of human rights education in contemporaneity, it is aimed to analyze the sense conferred to human rights education in juridical courses due the edition of the Resolution CNE/CES n. 5, of 2018, as well as from normative instruments that precede it and approach this subject. This analysis commences from the premise that human rights, as well as human rights education, retain a dubious sense of legitimacy/disruption by their own characteristic of indetermination and as a field of dispute. For this purpose, it is utilized of the deductive method of reasoning, characterizing a research of juridical-exploratory and juridical-purposeful nature, whose technical method consists, primarily, in a normative analysis.
