Ecological Harmony in City Fringe Planning when Modern Industry Emerging

This study relieves basically impacts of the economic development of the new industry city caused by the ecology environment stress. The limited ecological resources might be fully developed, utilized and controlled within the district, and changed the models of the economic growth caused by the consumable resources and the city development caused by the environmental degradation. For better and faster development of region economy, it is essential to increase the ecological resources of the city. Taking the ecological environmental planning of ChangZhou East Wing suburban district as an example, comments the ecological sensibility and land applicability within the district by the analysis of the ecological environment, resources and industrial characters. In order to achieve the integrated functional optimizing and the goal of the best economical and social benefits within the district, the development conception of the ecological strategy in this study region has been submitted.
