Industrial Cluster has been highly concerned by profession theory research field, business community and all levels of government. People have done a lot of useful exploration on their combined effect and the formation mechanism of competitive. advantage. Although there are many reasons, there is no doubt that government has played a very important role in promoting industrial cluster's development. This paper mainly makes some analysis and thinking from government functions and its support for industrial cluster's development.
