摘要:
Perovskite type thin films are constructed on hydrophilic quartz substrates from monolayers of long chain alkyl ammonium chloride on the subphase containing a mixture of Pb2+ and CH3NH3+ ions via Langmuir-Blodgett (LB) technique. The deposited film shows typical PbCl-based layered perovskite exciton absorption at about 331 nm. Lead sulfide nanoparticles are formed by reacting these films with H2S gas. UV-visible absorption spectroscopy and transmission electron microscopy are used respectively to observe the formation and morphology of the nanoparticles with sizes in the range of 10-30 nm. Obtained results indicate an effective way to prepare functional inorganic nanoparticles from regular layered structures. (c) 2004 Elsevier B.V. All rights reserved.
