摘要：

The framework of freeway construction project controlling management system is established in the paper. And the system's taste, histological structure, management processing and keystone in jobs are introduced, respectively; the content, portal, function, methods and technologies used in the system have been designed A new notion about how to establish project controlling management system on freeway is advanced by considering the actual needs in freeway construction project controlling, comprehensively, which could offer solid foundations both in theory and technology for project controlling management system on freeway.
