摘要：

In the application of NSS with network environment, it requires the negotiator from every side come to the locale and negotiate business at the same time. This process will spend human resources and a great much of time. We settle this shortcoming by adopting multi-agent collaborative working mechanism, explore the architecture of the multi-agent-based negotiation support system and the communication mechanism of multi-agent system, and present an interior structure and description of agent.
