摘要
TiO2 nanowires were prepared with hydrothermal method using Titanium foil deposited TiO2 nanoparticles. TiO2 nanowires were characterized with XRD, SEM, TEM, HRTEM and EDS. The results indicate that the diameter of nanowire is about 10 similar to 50 nm and the length up to several micrometers. The temperature affects remarkably the size and the morphology of TiO2 nanowires. The diameter and the length of nanowire increases with the increase in temperature. The photoelectrochemical properties of TiO2 nanowires were studied. The IPCE of TiO2 nanowires increases with the increase in reaction temperature.
