摘要
In this paper, a hybrid stepping motor CAD system is programmed through C++ Builder 6.0, which is visual and has the Object Oriented Programming (OOP).This paper studied the design method of the hybrid stepping motor. The approach is based on the ratio of air gap to the magnetic conductance. According to this method, the program flow chart is established. Based on the flow chart, the CAD system is programmed. This CAD system which bases on engineering database and runs on the platform of Windows is modularized and opening. The CAD system gathers functions of motor design, performance characteristic, structure image, material database, report print and so on. With a friendly interface, this CAD system can effectively complete the design of hybrid stepping motor. In this paper, the framework of the CAD software is introduced, and some important technique such as database, graphics and so on are deeply studied. Some effective solutions of the difficulties are proposed and some programming codes are also provided. Through comparing the data of the CAD system and the test data, it proves the veracity of the CAD system.
