摘要
A multi-walled carbon nanotubes (MWNT) film coated glassy carbon electrode (GCE) was developed for the determination of 1-naphthylacetic acid in soil samples. 1-naphthylacetic acid (NAA) yields a well-defined oxidation peak whose potential is 1.03V (vs. SCE) at the MWNT-film modified GCE. MWNT-film on the GCE surface shows remarkable enhancement effect on the oxidation peak current of NAA. The experimental parameters were optimized and a direct electrochemical method for determining NAA was proposed. The oxidation peak current is proportional to the concentration of NAA over the range from I x 10(-8) to 2 x 10(-6) mol/L, and the detection limit is 2.5 x 10(-9) mol/L after 2 min accumulation. The relative standard deviation (RSD) of 5.1% for determination of I X 10(-7) mol/L NAA (n = 10) indicated excellent reproducibility. The MWNT-film modified GCE has been successfully applied to detect NAA in soil samples.
