摘要
In the present work, the wettability of Y-Al-Si-O-N oxynitride glasses on Si3N4 substrates was firstly investigated, it is found that the wettability of the glass depended on the ratios Of Y2O3/Al2O3. Sound joint of Si3N4 ceramics could be successfully obtained using such glass and its shear strength varied with joining time and temperature.
