摘要
In order to raise SO2 removal efficiency during combustion, a combined method is suggested in this paper. This method includes three parts: Furnace Sorbent Injection (FSI), In-Duct Humidification (IDH), and Bag-Filter Desulfurization (BFD). The study was conducted in a pilot-scale combustion furnace (0.25MW). Pulverized limestone was used as sorbent. It is found that combustion temperature; Ca/S ratio and sorbent size play important roles in SO2 removal. In-duct humidification and bag-filter do well to desulfurization. The SO2 removal efficiency reached 80 percent at Ca/S=2, which is higher than Furnace Sorbent Injection. Furthermore, the method has a low capital cost. These results indicate that the combined method is attractive for pulverized coal-fired boilers.
