摘要
LNA has been designed using harmonic balanced simulator and has been evaluated to gain receiver performance for IoT usage in runway application. The strict use of radio frequencies at airports make IoT radio communication in airports must comply with strict air transport regulation. The LNA is designed for 2.4 GHz with a bandwidth of 84 MHz. The INA used BJT in common emitter topology. Optimization in impedance matching process has been carried out and results 33 dB gain with noise figure around I dB in 2.4GHz.
