摘要
The objective was to explore the intervention effect of clinical pharmacists in a third class haspital on the use of carbapenems in the department of Intensive Care Unit (ICU). Firstly, the cases using carhapenems were reviewed by retrospective method according to relevant regulations and guidelines, and then the intervention measures were put forward and followed up, and the intensity, rationality and effectiveness of carhapenems before and after the intervention were compared. After two rounds of intervention, the number of people using carbapenem antibiotics decreased from 44.63% to 14.04%, the use intensity (AUD) of carbapenem antibiotics decreased from 44.98 to 11.87, and the number of cases with >= 80 points increased from 28.47% to 91.89%, among which the indication of useless drugs decreased from 71.53% to 8.11%. At the same time, there was no significant difference in the therapeutic effectiveness of patients. Clinical pharmacists have achieved obvious results through standardized management of the rational use of carbapenems in the ICU, which can he used as a reference fir promoting clinical rational drug use.
