摘要
Performance evaluation of supply chain management in real estate companies can help distinguish the value-added step, and non-value-added step in the supply chain, for the purpose of taking measures to optimize the supply chain, improve the supply chain's operating efficiency, and achieve the strategic goal of a win-win situation. In addition, the results of the performance evaluation can encourage the joint enterprises in the supply chain to improve synchronously, and achieve a win-win situation and redistribution of the profits, which plays an important role in monitoring and guiding the rational allocation of resources. Performance evaluation of supply chain management should be based on the core enterprises and from internal performance, external performance and the overall performance of supply chain. Internal performance should be measured by the dynamic, changes of the indices such as financial status, competitiveness of products, learning and innovation capability, technical capability and the level of customer service; external performance should be evaluated by the products and service quality that the upstream enterprises provide to downstream enterprises, degree of customer satisfaction, and the cooperation between the upstream enterprises and downstream enterprises; the overall performance should be appraised by customer value, the value of the supply chain, and development potential. According to the quantitative indices and qualitative indices of supply chain management's performance evaluation in real estate companies, fuzzy comprehensive evaluation will be used as the main evaluation method.
