We present expressions that determine the differential cross sections and energy and momentum losses for the neutrino-lepton processes v(l)e(-)-> v(l)e(-), (v) over bar (l)e(-) -> (v) over bar (l)e(-), v(l)(v) over bar (l) -> e(-)e(+), v(l)(v) over bar (e) -> l(-) e(+), v(l)e(-) -> v(e)l(-) in a magnetic field with allowance for the longitudinal and transverse polarizations of the charged leptons and antileptons and the results on the spin asymmetries arising in these processes.
