Clinical case serious Pneumonia from Covid-19

The SARS-CoV-2 Infection has impacted on the health system and all health professionals have had to learn to face this new situation and care for our patients in the best possible way. Early recognition of signs and symptoms of poor prognosis, such as respiratory deterioration, favors nurses acting more efficiently and earlier, notifying the responsible doctor, applying the treatments prescribed in these cases and executing the interventions that guarantee the stabilization of the patients. The insuficient bibliography on nursing care in the face of this pandemic, the ignorance of the disease, its evolution and the complexity of its approach, have highlighted the need for training. Hence the importance of the analysis and of the clinical situations presented by people affected by the pandemic.such as the analysis of clinical cases of patients with Severe Pneumonia due to COVID-19.
