摘要
In this study, Ni-based alloy and WC composite coatings prepared by sintering method were researched. After painted on the substrate, the powders were sintered in a hydrogen ambience, and a good property hard coating was obtained. The microstructure, hardness and the interface between the coating and substrate were researched thoroughly. The results show that the coating combines on the substrate very well, the hardness of Ni-based alloy is HRC52 similar to 56, and after WC is added, the hardness of the composite coatings reaches to HRC60 similar to 65.
