摘要：

Jacquemontia aequisepala (Convolvulaceae) is native to semi-arid areas of Bahia and Minas Gerais, Brazil. This species is morphologically similar to six species of the genus. Key characteristics are indumentum type, trichome type, form and size of the sepals, pairs of secondary veins on leaves, and pollen grain type. Photographs in the field, a pollen image, line drawing, and identification key to J. aequisepala are provided.
