摘要
The university young female teachers have gradually grown into a large group in colleges and universities and the work of who directly affect the development of the work, so this paper mainly studies the status quo of young women teachers in colleges and universities. On one hand, the job satisfaction survey is designed to find out the factors that affect their job satisfaction, and these factors are analyzed then with a hope to improving their job satisfaction.
