摘要
Semiconductive composite nanopearls (CuO-NiO) have been prepared and aligned after calcining one-dimensional nanofiber at 450 degrees C by electrospinning technique, and characterized by XRD and TEM techniques. A new enzyme-free glucose biosensor was developed with nanomaterial CuO-NiO-modified on glassy carbon eletrode (GCE). The properties of the biosensor (CuO-NiO/GCE) for glucose determination were investigated in detail and its experimental conditions were optimized. Under optimal conditions (8 mu L modifier, 0.1 M NaOH, 0.55 V), CuO-NiO/GCE exhibits a fast amperometric response (similar to 1s). The linear range is form 0.2 mu M to 1 mM with a low detection limit of 0.08 mu M (S/N = 3). Furthermore, the biosensor shows a high sensitivity (284.14 mu A mM(-1)), good selectivity, reproducibility and stability.
