摘要：
The powder and different extracts of the whole plant of S. cordifolia were tested for antihepatotoxic activity against CCl4-, paracetamol-, and rifampicin-induced hepatotoxicities in rats. The methanolic, aqueous and total aqueous extracts showed significant antihepatotoxic activity comparable to that of silymarin.
