摘要：
Dendrimers are multibranched compounds exhibiting a well-defined chemical structure with the possibility of encapsulating metal ions or organic molecules in their internal dynamic cavities. When the hosting dendrimer and/or the guest are luminescent, quenching/sensitization processes may occur that can be exploited for several purposes such as sensing with signal amplification, light harvesting. and changing the 'colour' of light.
