摘要
The number of humanitarian crisis is increasing in the recent periods, mainly due to new armed conflicts, but also due to natural disasters. The complex of regulations of International law, that sets the definition and position of international crisis and international aid, is based on the basic principles of international humanitarian law, system of protection of basic human rights, and also on the state sovereignty principle and solidarity principle in the international community.
