A derivation of the basic equation of ℰ∞ Cantorian spacetime theory of high energy physics (E-infinity theory) was presented using quantum behavior. The particle wave duality was used to derive the appropriate geometry and topology which must be present in order to permit the physical behavior observed in the two-slit experiment. The existence of a fuzzy Kähler manifold which was homomorphic to the space ℰ∞ was elaborated. Analysis shows that the electromagnetic structure is a probability given by the very topology of K(ℰ∞).
