摘要：

A new method was adopted in a hand-held wide-band DSO (Digital Storage Oscilloscope) to. realize 5GS/s equivalent time sampling. It is a new method of equivalent time sampling based on frequency domain estimate, which is on the basis of a 200MS/s real-time data acquisition system, a regulatable acquisition clock circuit, and data processing routings of DSP. It is proved by experiments that the DSO has 200MS/s real-time data acquisition rate and 5GS/s equivalent data acquisition rate.
