摘要
There are many reasons for accident happening, but the fundamental is man-made. In the accident chain, managers, product designers, implementers are all "man", therefore, to enhance the man's security qualities, will reduce the accident rate effectively. Nevertheless, the security engineering college teachers can affect all these "man" in different ways. In this case, if the security engineering college teachers improve their information literacy, enhance their ability from which can access to information, analyse and evaluate information, apply information and use the modern technology to initiate information, they will be able to train many qualified safety engineering professionals, effectively improve the staves security qualities, therefore, make far-reaching implications for accident prevention.
