摘要：

The whole passage is about the interdependence and inter-promotion between ISO 9000 and BPR. The author points out that in order to realize the task of running a business, enterprises in nowadays fast changing marking environment should be attached importance to BPR and standardized rebuilding business process by ISO 9000.
