摘要
A highly efficient organocatalyzed Michael-Michael-aldol cascade reaction for the construction of enantioenriched spirocyclohexane oxindoles bearing six consecutive stereocenters, up to three quaternary stereocenters, including two consecutive quaternary stereocenters has been achieved in good yields with excellent stereoselectivities under mild conditions.
