This paper belongs to the series of articles devoted to the classification of deformed mesh algebras of Dynkin types A(n)(n >= 2), B-n (n >= 2), C-n(n >= 3), D-n(n >= 4), E-6, E-7, F-4, G(2), and Ln (n >= 1). We prove here that every deformed mesh algebra of type F-4 is isomorphic to the canonical mesh algebra of type F-4.
