摘要
Analysis of lattice mismatch of the alpha- and alpha(2)-phases is performed as a function of the original structure and solid solution alloying for titanium pseudo-alpha-alloys with elevated content of aluminum. The structure of the alloys is studied by scanning and transmission electron microscopy and x-ray diffraction analysis. It is shown that alloying with tin and zirconium lowers the lattice mismatch of the phases, especially in the case of formation of an alpha + alpha(2) structure by a spinodal mechanism. The thermal stability of the forming structures is discussed.
