摘要:
Weight distributions of convolutional codes are important because they permit computation of bounds of the error performance [1]. In this paper, we present a novel approach to computing the weight distribution using a generalized Viterbi algorithm combined with solving the Key Equation (from Reed-Solomon and BCH decoding).
