摘要
The aim of this study was to compare the effect of a fibrolytic enzymatic compound on ruminal fermentation and milk yield in dairy cows. Twelve Holstein cows (620 +/- 40 kg) were assigned to two experimental diets 1) Control (without fibrolytic enzymes); and 2) Enzymes (2 g kg dry matter). The experimental design was a cross-over design in which each experimental period was 32 d. Cows fed enzymes had similar (P>0.05) dry matter intake (14.4 vs 15.1 kg DM), milk yield (25 vs 23 kg), fat corrected milk (24.2 vs 22.37), milk fat (3.3 vs 2.3%), milk protein (3.2 vs 3.1%), ruminal pH, volatile fatty acids and ammonia N than control. Supplemental enzymes did not affect any parameters evaluated in dairy cows.
