摘要
Personalized demand and service is a pressing problem in e-business development. Web mining technology is one of the most important means to upgrade the personalized service in e-business. This paper introduces the basic theory of Web mining, presents a model of personalized recommendation system of e-business based on Web usage mining and puts forward a new collaborative filtering algorithm, which can classify users in e-business, perform personalized Web page rccommendation to provide the personalized service.
