摘要
Extensive research activities in modeling electrical network of biological system have captured the interest of several researchers in recent years. Codons are the basic elements in DNA sequence which specify unique amino acids and form protein. Total 64 codons are modeled using passive ladder circuit consisting L and C to identify the properties of 20 amino acids. Corresponding circuits are converted into transfer function models to find out the correlations between simulated electrical responses and biological properties. The model responses are examined based on the amino acid properties such as hydrophobic or hydrophilic, aliphatic or aromatic etc. to demonstrate the effectiveness of the proposed scheme.
